If I keep eating it for long periods I end up gagging on it and can’t look at it for a while. Muscle Pizzas are the best way to eat canned tuna. If there is a better way please let me know. Serious weight training requires serious gym equipment. If you think you will get by with inferior gym equipment you are not only kidding yourself you are most importantly wasting money.
