Lee Priest’s new Powertec and Ironmaster Home Gym

Lee Priest has returned to live in Australia after living in the US. We heard on the grapevine that Lee was having a few dramas training in his gym - the same problems we have all experienced over the years. But unlike us mere mortals, it is critical that Lee trains hard because it his living. The gym is his workplace. Standing Calf Raise on the Powertec Multi System

The standing calf raise on the Powertec Multi System is as good as any high end stand alone calf raise. The movement is super smooth and you can really pile the weight plates on. In this video Brad goes through how to perform this exercise properly and discusses different lifting techniques. He also details how you can target different areas of the calf muscle.

Bench Pressing on the Powertec Multi System

The Powertec Leverage Bench Press movement is one of the best chest exercises going around. You can really load up the machine and drive out some heavy weights to increase your strength. If you want to build some muscle you can really isolate the muscle with some lighter weights and really concentrate on your form. This video shows Brad working through the flat bench press, incline bench press and decline bench press. Make sure you watch the video on the shoulder pressing because Brad discusses the different lifting techniques that you can use to add even more variety to your weight training.

Brad Turnbull explains why he chose the Powertec Multi System. If the Powertec Multi System is good enough for Brad then it is going to satisfy nearly all serious weight trainers. Brad has been training for 17 years and has been runner up IFBB Mr Australia so he is a fair judge of the effectiveness of gym equipment. Brad uses the Powertec Multi System for his training as a competitive bodybuilder plus trains others with his personal training business. This series of videos were shot without scripting and are just based on Brad’s own experience with the Powertec Multi System. As you can see they are fairly comprehensive. Standing Leg Curls on the Powertec Multi System

The Powertec Multi System does not have a dedicated leg curl station. However after playing around with machine we came up with the standing leg curl and Brad goes through how to perform this exercise with correct form.
