Detailed Description
As well as 1.25kg plates, a pair of 2.5kg Standard Weight Plates are important when building your dumbbell set. They will allow you to make a 5kg progression in weight.
They are also important for barbell training. So even if you are getting plates for a power rack package don't forget to include a pair. They are even more important if you are training with an inexperienced trainer. 10kg jumps are just too big for someone starting out.
