You all know we have been big fans of the Spud Straps for providing variations on different exercises. Well, the Utility Strap has gone to the next level with offering endless variety for all different types of exercises.
High and low pulley work is the obvious one. Using the Spud attachment in preference to a steel cable attachment makes exercise more challenging. Particularly with the meaty grip. They are also great if you have an injury like tendinitis where varying your grip or changing angle can greatly reduce pain.
The t-bar row demonstrated by Spud is brilliant. The Utility Strap works great with barbells too and offers some variety to your normal T-Bar Row Attachment.
