Detailed Description
One arm dumbbell row is one of my favourite exercises when it comes to building a thicker back. One of the issues is that most gym don't stock heavy enough dumbbells, which is understandable as no one wants to spend a fortune on expensive dumbbells just for one exercise.
Loading 10kg or 20kg plates on a smaller dumbbell handle was proven ineffective as the plates would hit your arm at the top of the movement, not allowing you to have the full range of motion.
We have a solution. Giant dumbbell handle is a smaller version of our Power Maxx Olympic Barbell.
It comes with following features:
- The Handle is made out of spring steel.
- 39 cm long Olympic Sleeves.
- Extended sleeves allows you to load up to ten 5 kg Olympic Plates.
- Copper Bush Sleeves for smoother rotation.
- Smooth Chrome finish.
- Knurled for better grip.
