1. The distance between the seat and the bar has been increased to 155cm to give maximum muscle stretching.
2. A notch at the top of the machine to store your lat pulldown bar out of the way.
3. Non-slip base plate has been increased to 60cm and now sits flush to the ground to give a large, safe standing surface.
4. New pulley housing at the top of the unit provides a far better stability than the previous version.
5. The main upright has been reinforced with thick backing plates, which are secured using 5 x high tensile strength bolts.
6. Pulleys upgraded to double ball bearing to give the smoothest movement possible.
7. Footrests have been widened and shaped to ensure a secure hold when rowing.

2. 1:1 Weight ratio – you lift exactly the weight you load onto the carriage.
3. Double pulleys with ball bearings provide silky smooth movement even under the heaviest loads.
4. Suitable for every type of weight plate – comes with (30mm) holders and 50mm Olympic adapters.
