Detailed Description
Both glute ham raises and hip thrusts are widely recognised as highly valuable exercises both for performance and rehabilitation. But performing them with standard equipment can mean you might not get into the optimal position or the client is not at that level yet. So ATX have designed the Glute Shaper so it can be adjusted to various body shapes and structures. They have also incorporated band pegs so you can add either resistance or assistance depending on your training goal.
