Detailed Description
The Swedish ladder is an exceptionally compact and versatile piece of gym equipment, included is an adjustable bench and built in chin up bar which make the list of possible exercises almost endless.
Adjustable Bench - The bench can be hooked to any height; combined with the adjustable support foot, there's plenty of room to get creative.
Chin-up Bar - No calisthenics station would be complete without a chin-up bar. The integrated chin-up bar is 30mm thick and sits 43.5 cm from the wall, giving you plenty of room to perform pull-ups.
Optional dip handles - Dip handles can be purchased as an optional addition. They feature a simple mounting system with a variable grip width.
Please note: the unit is delivered disassembled. Mounting bolts are not included, as the type you need will depend on the surface you are planning on mounting it on.
