When it comes to training it is always good to have more variation so we could shock the muscle and force it to adapt to the new grip or movement. ATX® Gladiator Chin Up bar is here to help you. It comes with 7 different hand positions, 4 different - 28 mm grips and 3 different - 46 mm, but that's not the best thing about it.
