If you have crook shoulders like I do, then the D Grip Lat Pulldown Bar will shift the pain from your shoulders to your lat and back muscles where it belongs! if you do not have permanent injuries, but you hit the weights often, every now and then the shoulders do get the odd strain. So the neutral grip position will come in handy.
The handles are a comfortable 77cm apart, making it perfect for lat pulldowns or a seated wide grip row. Plus the horizontal sections also have knurling so you can also use this attachment like a revolving straight bar for triceps pressdowns and bicep curls.
