Stack & Locking Pins
Weight stack pins can be a nightmare for the gym owner. Without this one simple part, a very expensive cable machine can be rendered useless. Your average gym member is probably thinking what is the big deal? Surely they can't go missing often?
Nothing could be further from the truth! They go missing all the time! I assume that devious members must take them for their gyms at home? Once one weight stack pin is missing, the remaining weight pins start rotating between machines to cover the missing pin.
The pins typically come with stretch lanyards so they can be secured to their designated machine. Once the umbilical cord is cut, the weight stack pin is roaming free in the gym and then subject to being misplaced. More pins go missing and more gym equipment remains idle.
For home trainers, you can upgrade your existing pin to one that does have the lanyard. The other handy part is that they have magnets. Not a big deal, but feels cool when the pin sticks firmly against the weight stack.

We also have a range of locking pins. Like the weight stack pins, these also go missing. We stock a variety of lengths and girths so you should find one to do the job. These locking pins typically have a spring loaded ball at the end which depresses when inserted in a hole.
Once on the other side, it springs back locking the pin in place.
Also included in our gym pin range are spring pins. These are used on gym equipment where you need to adjust heights, for example on benches or pulleys on functional trainers. They screw into a sleeve and the spring activated pin can be pulled in or out. Normally they have an additional thread which can be tightened when the correct height or position is selected.
