Detailed Description
Most of us underestimate the versatility of a smith machine, it is ideal to isolate muscle groups and work on your weak links. If you feel like doing some free weight training you can just lift the smith machine barbell on to the highest pin and enjoy a fully functional half rack which, for your convenience, comes with J-Hooks.

- 115 kg of Power Maxx Olympic weights - 4 x 20 kg plates, 2 x 10 kg plates, 2 x 5 kg plates, 2 x 2.5 kg plates.
- Ironmaster Super Bench.
