Speaking from experience, there is nothing better than a quality power rack and lat option combo. I have been training on one for well over a decade. But compared to my trusty old steed, the ATX 750 Lat Option is a thoroughbred race horse. There were no such things as 125kg weight stacks and custom molded footplates when I set my gym up. I can guarantee that the ATX combo will give a complete workout with an authentic high end gym flavour.
The ATX® 750 Lat Option has the following market leading features:
- No Mechanical Advantage - pulleys operate on 1:1 Ratio.
- 125 kgs Weight Stack in 5 kg Increments.
- Ball Bearing Pulleys for silky smooth movement.
- Foot Plates are included with the Station.
- Knee Pad Support for heavy Lat Pulldowns.
- 5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty.
NOTE: This Demo is on the free-standing BARBARIAN Lat Machine and not the Lat Option. It is hard to get the camera inside the cage to show all the right angles. However it showcases just some of the exercises you can do on a high and low pulley - with only one attachment!
Some may scoff at the 125kg weight stack, thinking they lift way more in the gym. Some confuse pounds with kilos. Others are not aware of mechanical advantage - the arrangement of pulleys can make the load lighter. With a 1:1 ratio, 70kgs is 70kgs, and many a person who can supposedly lat pull over 100kgs are struggling with 70kgs.
The ATX 750 Lat Option has it's structural components mainly manufactured in 70mm x 70mm steel with 3mm thick walls. This will give your Lat Option complete rigidity as the stack is moving up and down the 20mm solid steel guide rails.
For heavy lat pulldowns, you adjust the leg locking system to the correct height for your body so that you can exert max effort. Likewise for cable rows, the ergonomically shaped footplates will allow you to fully counter the force you are applying as you build the back from hell.

The ATX-LTO-750 Lat Option with 125 stack weight does not include power rack and cable attachments. Both are sold separately.
