Jay Cutler: From Jay to Z Review

Have you ever wondered what life is like for a Mr Olympia? Jay to Z gives a lazy 6 hour insight into the life of the best bodybuilder in the world. Even though this DVD took me days to watch, it was really good to see what Jay Cutler does day in day out. His main activity is eating. If he does't eat he can lose up to 10lbs in a weekend! And what I mean by eating is Jay chowing down on 6 or 7 meals. So when he is not eating he still might be getting through 3 or 4 decent meals. But that is't enought petrol for this beast to run on. When Jay was crowned Mr Olympia he became hot property. During Jay to Z you him around to the various shows and exhibitions where he is the star attraction. Jay is mobbed by the fans and puts on his best Amway smile for the thousands of photos taken with him. Away from the limelight Jay seems to be a quiet and reserved man who likes nothing better than kicking back with his wife, dogs and 8 or so flat screen tvs that are in every room of the house. Jay is proud as punch of his new house - rightly so for all the years of hard work and sacrifice. Now it would't be a bodybuilding dvd without some hardcore weight training. It never ceases to amaze me how hard these boys go! To put it into perspective Jay was training with an up and coming amateur at the mecca of bodybuilding, Venice Beach. Now this bloke was in tip top shape but as the workout progressed - it was a back session - you could see the poor chap hitting the wall big time. By the end of the workout he looked like Todd McKenney after a big night out on the GBH - he was hammered!!
