Ironmaster Dumbbell Workout Upper Body No. 2

Here is Funk's next installment in the Ironmaster Dumbbell Workout series. This is an upper body workout that utilises one of my favourite features of the Ironmaster Dumbbells.

It might only be a minor difference but one of the big advantages of the Ironmaster dumbbell design is the ability to do renegade rows/push ups. It looks like a pretty tame exercise but when you try it you will find it to be absolutely grueling. This exercise alone will work your entire upper body. This routine also incorporates one of my new favourite exercises too - standing dumbbell snatches. I have really enjoyed using these different movements that aren't normally used in traditional weight training workouts. If you have trouble performing the overhead tricep press, just use one dumbbell and use 2 hands.
