This is the 2nd part of Lee Priest's chest workout filmed in his Powertec and Ironmaster home gym.Lee started out with incline bench press on the Powertec Multi Gym and moves on to the Powertec Pec Fly for a shaping movement.
Note that Lee does not use crazy weights on this exercise. You can see that he is really focused on squeezing the muscle. He is operating in the higher end of the rep range, without targeting a specific number of reps. The goal is to exhaust the muscle not the ego!
