The Powertec Curl Machine Accessory is the ultimate preacher curl machine. It is compatible with the following Powertec machines: Multi System, LeverGym, Multi Press, Utility Bench, Bench Press, Shape System.

The Powertec Curl Machine Accessory is one of the best preacher curl machines around. The leverage movement is smooth with constant resistance which allows you to really isolate and blast the biceps.

Increase the weight and lower the reps to work the belly of the bicep on the middle angle.

Finish off the upper section of the bicep with the preacher pad flat. In this position heavier weights may be required.

The Powertec Curl Machine Accessory has 3 adjustment levels. The steepest angle works the lower bicep. As the arm is fully stretched it is advisable to use lighter weights and higher reps.

The beauty of the Powertec Curl Machine Accessory is that you get a top notch bicep workout without needing the expense and extra space of a dedicated machine. You simply add it to your existing Powertec machine.

You can also do barbell or dumbbell preacher curls too. Flip the handle out of the way and use the support

This machine takes Olympic Weight Plates Only.

Note: The 2016 model doesn’t include the row handles. You can still do rows, just on the horizontal handles. The old row handle movement was not the best. Using the horizontal handles is much better.
