Hey Matt, Thanks for the great service. QUICK is all i have to say Got the system up tonight. It was a killer assembling it all together, took me hours with multiple errors, but in the end it was all worth it :). The lat tower is smooth, the rack is sturdy and so is the superbench. Now as you can see, Daniel struck some snags with his assembly. Please do not let this put you off. The assembly is quite simple and I can break it down for you.

Powertec Power Rack Assembly

There are two definite parts to this process. First is the power rack which is dead easy to build. What takes up the time is tightening up the bolts. A socket set will make it a lot easier than spanners or an adjustable wrench.

An impact wrench makes it even quicker. If not, tightening up bolts is a simple grip workout!

Lat Tower Option Assembly

Look the Lat Tower Option is harder to assemble than the Power Rack. But in terms of gym equipment assembly, it is not that difficult. Here are some handy assembly lat tower option assembly instructions.
