The most important aspect of this review is the fact that Matt is actually preferring training in his relatively simple home gym than going to a gym. Plus getting great results. It is not like he is dating the ugly sister and settling for 2nd best – training at home can yield better results because you are more focussed and stick better to a routine.
Weight training is all about consistency and application.
Matt’s half rack package was slightly different to the one online. He went for the 115kg Olympic Weight Package. Plus he also got the Powertec Leg Lift Attachment. Aside from that, it is just a good old half rack, bench and barbell. With a bit of imagination mixed in with a lot of hard work and determination you can get yourself some great results and love the training too!
