Lee Priest Shoulder Workout #1 – Shoulder Press
Here is the first exercise in Lee Priest’s home gym shoulder routine video series. We begin with a leverage shoulder press to isolate the deltoids and here we’re using the Powertec Multi System to get the job done.
Once you try the leverage shoulder press you’ll struggle going back to dumbbells and barbells. The leverage format really allows you to isolate the delts and by adjusting the grip and head position you can even target different areas within that muscle group. On top of that, you just have to throw the weight plates on and off.
