Lee Priest Shoulder Workout #2 – Dumbbell Lateral Raises

Lee Priest now moves on to the 2nd workout in his home gym shoulder workout video series. After smashing his shoulders with 160kg shoulder presses on the Powertec Multi System, he’s now going to perform a shaping exercise that uses some dumbbell lateral raises. Despite punching out some serious reps in the previous exercise, Lee still maintains textbook form throughout his sets. He is a machine!!!!
