Powertec Leverage Pec Fly – Lee Priest

The Powertec Leverage Pec Fly is one of Lee’s favourites when he is training chest. But here is a great video of Lee Priest training rear delts in his home gym on the Powertec Leverage Pec Fly Rear Delt.

This is perfect demonstration on how to perform certain isolation movements. It also demonstrates what a versatile machine the Leverag Pec Fly is for bodybuilders of all levels.

You will notice that Lee does not go all out with ridiculous weight. Instead he is just using a weight that he can control with ease and just knocking out the repetitions. You can even hear comment about the “burn” at the end of the set.

Get Your Pec Fly Before They Are Gone

Now the Powertec Leverage Pec Fly is currently no longer in production. It has always been one of my favourite machines and has been stopped before and returned. I have managed to stock pile some and have got some more coming in, so we should have a few of these pieces in Australia for some time. With a bit of luck this machine will make a come back very soon.

Powertec Leverage Pec Fly Delt

The Powertec Leverage Pec Fly Delt was the perfect machine for the personal trainer with a bodybuilding focus. You get two great exercises for your clients who are looking to build a symmetrical physique. It has a compact footprint and is a fraction of the price of a top level commercial machine.

The main difference between the Leverage Pec Fly and a full commercial machine is the resistance. The higher end machines typically have weight stacks. Where as the Powertec Pec Fly is plate loaded.

This is not a major drawback as you will not need a lot of weight on both the exercises.
