WB-PFA Workbench Powertec Pec Fly Accessory
The Powertec Pec Fly Accessory was a well designed attachment. It was the perfect addition to a bench press or leverage bench press machine. You could alternate your heavy pressing with some flys. Yes I know you can do them with flys, but for a home weight trainer that can get a bit stale after years.
This designed has stood the test of time. Powertec still make it and ATX have further developed and refined their pec fly attachment. This longevity demonstrates that these attachments are more than gimmicks.
The Powertec Workbench Pec Fly Accessory can be used on the Powertec Workbench gym equipment. For example, dock it into your Multi Press and you have a stand-alone pec deck machine in your gym!
The Pec Fly Attachment is a great alternative to Dumbbell Flys. On the pec fly machine, you have high resistance at the top of the range of motion. When doing flys with dumbbells the resistance is greatest at the bottom of the movent. But as you get to the top of the range the dumbbells are lot lighter.
On the pec machine you can get a great squeeze at the top of the movement because the resistance is still there. So the exercise is a great way to target the inner pec.
The WB-PFA takes any Olympic Plate. Weight Plates are sold separately. Standard weight horns can be purchased separately if you already have standard or 30mm diameter hole plates.
