PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for the Ironmaster Dumbbell Spotting Stand BASE only, Dumbbell Saddles and Barbell Attachments can be purchased separately.
Hoisting heavy dumbbells into position not only drains valuable energy, it also increases the chances of injury. The Ironmaster Dumbbell Spotting stands have been designed for the Super Bench to help you lift heavier weights when dumbbell training. The spotting stands are guaranteed to help you blast through plateaus.
The heavy-duty frame has adjustable saddles to hold your dumbbells right within reach for flat, incline, decline, and upright dumbbell presses.
They are designed specifically for the Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbells but also work with other types of dumbbells – provided they can safely stand up on one end.
The Ironmaster Super Bench simply drops into the special frame yoke, the saddles can then be raised or lowered with the locking pull pins. The handles are welded on the back of the saddles and swivel up to 45 degrees, allowing you to put them at just the right position for any body shape.
To get started, just set the Ironmaster Super Bench in place, raise or lower the saddles to the height you feel is appropriate, then all you need to do is just tilt the dumbbells out. Use light dumbbells for the first time to get your positioning right.
Ironmaster have also released a Barbell Attachment for use in conjunction with the dumbbell spotting stands. This will allow you to barbell bench press, incline press, decline press, and shoulder press.
The Ironmaster Super Bench and Dumbbells are sold separately.
