If the freight calculator returns a number that you think is excessive PLEASE CONTACT US and we will see if we can get a better price or give you some alternative delivery options. The shipping companies are constantly changing rules (read below). Our new and improved shipping calculator should be up soon.
Pick Ups Welcome
You can pick up your order from our warehouse at 4 Hills St, Banksmeadow NSW 2019.
You can obtain a shipping price on the items you wish to purchase by placing the items in your basket and proceed to check out. The prices are only for shipping within Australia.
Alternatively you can contact us via email or phone and we can work out the shipping for your items.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping cost due to calculation errors - this is rare and we will always contact you to discuss. If the shipping is too much and you don't want to go ahead we will refund your order straight away.
Note: If you scroll to the bottom of the page the courier companies keep changing the rules. We are trying our best to integrate them into our calculator. We will never demand extra money for freight - if we have to revise the freight and you are not happy we will refund. The issues mainly relate to big items delivered to homes. A lot of couriers are dropping out of bulky residential deliveries.
Flat Rate & Free Shipping Items - If you purchase an item that has flate rate or free shipping along with another item, the flat rate or free shipping will override the shipping charge for the other item.
So you might buy 1.2 tonne of gym equipment plus a Manta Ray for example, delivered to Darwin. The Manta Ray will take the shipping off the 1.2 tonne of gym equipment. In these instances we will contact you and let you know what the extra shipping will be. Unfortunately we can't change our website freight calculator to work around this problem at the moment.
At present we use several different transport methods. Over the years we have found it is best to use a couple of different carriers so we can offer the best mix of price and service.
When your order is picked up we will email through the consignment/tracking number, plus a customer service phone number which you can track your order through.
All shipping prices quoted for gym equipment is for curb side delivery. What that means is that the transport company will not carry the equipment in your house or up flights of stairs. That kind of service can be arranged but will cost extra. So we will need to work out a price.
For carton orders delivered to home, the price quoted is for a single delivery, and if you are not home the courier will leave it in a safe place. So in the comments section, just make a note of where a safe place is at your home. Or if you would like to be there to receive it, just let us know. There may be an extra charge - we will let you know.
For larger orders you might need to also give the driver a hand to unload. Please remember this gym equipment is good quality so it is heavy. The heaviest boxes will usually be 50kg. So you will need someone stronger than your 80 year old grand mother to assist. If you can borrow an upright trolley these boxes are a breeze to move.
Two man deliveries cost extra, so for the sake of unloading some cartons you get a cheaper delivery rate plus a great workout!
For very heavy orders, there might be an additional charge if it is going to an address without a forklift. The transport company may insist on a tailgate delivery or will charge extra for the drivers time to hand unload. Once again we will always let you know and discuss it with you prior to charging.

Alternatively you can save time and money and pick your order up at the nearest transport company depot. Email or call and we can discuss this option with you.
We try to dispatch all orders the day after we receive them. Deliveries are usually completed within 5 working days. Remote locations will sometimes take longer. Deliveries to Sydney metro and eastern capital cities will be quicker. If you checkout our testimonials or ebay feedback you will see we are known for speedy deliveries.
In regards to the timing of your delivery, the bigger the window you provide the better. Unfortunately we can’t specify to the hour delivery times. It is best you pick a day that someone will be home to receive the delivery. Please contact us to discuss if you are unsure and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Due to O,H&S regulations, our heavier orders, or orders with a carton over 25kgs need to be palletised. Bigger gyms come in crates. Just like all the packaging materials, you will need to dispose of this yourself. If this is an issue we can arrange for the pallet to be returned but there will be an extra cost. Put the pallet or crate on Gumtree for free and some will come and pick it up.
Finally, sorry for all the T&C's around shipping! Unfortunately in Australia there aren't many options, so we have to operate within the guidelines provided by the transport companies.
Now there is always a possibility that there could be problems with the shipping of your gym equipment. However after years of working with the same transport companies we have found the best ways to resolve these issues.
So even if there is a minor issue, please let us know straight away and we will start chasing it up for you.
Also all our orders are covered by insurance. So if there is damage or it doesn’t turn up we resend it!
IMPORTANT 1/12/2022 TOLL Update
There is now a $48 residential charge for Toll deliveries.
We have just received the following update from Toll
"Toll IPEC have been reviewing their freight profile and what they are allowing through their network.
Unfortunately, moving forward, they will not be accepting any pallets and they will also be putting a stop to all residential collections and deliveries effective immediately. They are taking a strict approach on this change and they will have a zero tolerance on freight of this type moving forward."
IMPORTANT 7/12/2020 TNT Update.
We have just received the below from TNT. This will apply to orders sent after 7/12/2020. Our online freight prices may need to be adjusted - but we will contact you to get your consent. We will try and adjust our online freight asap.
"Effective 7th December, TNT are implementing several operational service changes, that will effect palletised consignments from/to residential addresses that weigh over 30kg.Palletised consignments that are collected from and/or delivered to a residential address, that weigh from 30kg, up to and including 100kg, need to be sent on the Technology Express service (717B).Palletised consignments that are collected from and/or delivered to a residential address, that weigh from 101kg, up to and including 250kg, need to be sent on the Premium Technology service (717).TNT will not carry palletised consignments over 250kg that are collected from and/or delivered to a residential address, however they can be consigned for a depot drop off/collection."
