The Spud Inc Hanging Abdominal Straps are great for working all parts of the abs. You can hit your upper abs, lower abs and obliques with these.
I always reckon these are a great way to save some coin, because if you have a power rack and you want to do knee raises, you don’t have to fork out for a separate vertical knee raise.
