Sam’s Fitness After Sales Service
Recently I had a call from a customer Dave who was after some new bushes for his Ironmaster IM2000. He said it gummed up not long after he would spray it with silicone. I could tell from talking to Dave that he knew the machine back to front and it had been assembled correctly.
After get some measurements I worked out that the lifting bar was faulty. So we sent out a replacement bar straight away. This is what Dave had to say:
Hi Matt,
I just received the bar yesterday. The wife and I had it installed within 30 mins. Currently I am doing a chest workout…..holy crap! This is another world of hurt for me, the bar runs like its floating on a cloud of awesome. Thank you for sending this other bar. As always great service from you guys at Sam’s and thanks for all your help.
Kind regards Dave
We see new busineses popping up all the time having a crack at selling fitness equipment. Especially generic brands direct from Chinese factories.
Now buying a container load of gym equipment from a factory is easy. Backing it up with parts and service is the hard part. That is why we have stuck with our reputable brands Powertec and Ironmaster. If we don’t have the spare part available in our warhouse, we can get them from overseas.
The other advantage with staying with the same companies for nearly ten years now is that we have built up a lot of experience on addressing issues on these machines. Dave was in another state, but just from a few questions on the phone I knew there was more than an issue with the bushes. If there is a problem I am not familiar with I can always contact the head office in the States.
Assembly issues are a breeze these days with smart phones. Just SMS a picture of the area you are stuck on and we can talk you through.
