Pick Ups Welcome
You can pick up your order from our warehouse at 4 Hills St, Banksmeadow NSW 2019. There will be a pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please do not turn up to the warehouse before we contact you, as your order will not be ready.
Depot Pickups
If you live in a major metropolitan area outside of Sydney, you’ll be able to save some shipping costs by picking up from a freight depot. There will be an option for this at checkout, and we’ll contact you to confirm which depot is best for you. Once it’s been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking number, and the freight company will give you a call when it’s ready for collection from the depot.
Shipping Costs
You can obtain a shipping price on the items you wish to purchase by placing the items in your basket and proceeding to check out. The prices are only for shipping within Australia as we do not ship internationally.
Alternatively you can contact us via email and we can work out the shipping for your items.
Calculating shipping costs can be complicated, especially when there are multiple items being packed together, so the freight calculator at checkout unfortunately isn’t accurate 100% of the time. For this reason we reserve the right to adjust shipping cost due to calculation errors – this is extremely rare and we will always contact you to discuss.
Shipping Service
If you’ve spent a bit of time browsing our online store you’ll notice we stock a huge variety of products – ranging from tiny cable ends to 400kg smith cable racks. Different carriers offer different types of services depending on the size and weight of the consignment, so we have quite a few carriers we use on a regular basis to offer the best mix of price and service.
When your order is picked up we will email through the consignment/tracking number which you can track your order through.
By default, we give the carrier authority to leave all of our smaller items (under 25kg). We find this is the best option for everyone involved: couriers are usually quite sensible and will only leave it if there is a safe place to do so, and it saves you having to be home to sign for it. If you’d prefer to sign for it, please let us know when placing your order. Just be aware if you’ve requested a signature delivery and you miss it, you will be liable for any redelivery fees.
For larger orders (25kg and up), all shipping prices quoted for gym equipment is for curb side delivery with authority to leave. What that means is that the transport company will not carry the equipment in your house or up flights of stairs. Couriers are not covered by insurance if they enter your property.
We can arrange for a delivery service to carry items into your property at an extra cost if you need it. Please contact us first before placing your order. Plus there may be additional charges for a signature delivery – we will never charge you extra without consulting you first.
Two man deliveries cost extra, so for the sake of unloading some cartons you get a cheaper delivery rate plus a great workout!
Delivery Times
For orders placed before 8am we aim to dispatch them on the same day, for orders placed after this time we aim to dispatch them on the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on where you’re located, remote locations will take longer than metro areas, and deliveries to WA will take longer than deliveries to NSW. If you check out our testimonials you will see we are known for speedy deliveries.
To make sure you’ll be home to receive the delivery of larger orders, it’s best to contact the freight company directly, as long as you have your tracking number at the ready you’ll be able to organise it with them. They typically can’t give estimations down to the hour though, so it’s best to save a full day to be home when the delivery is due.
Shipping Problems
Unfortunately there is always a possibility of things going wrong, and your parcel getting lost, delayed or damaged. But after years of working with the same transport companies, we’ve figured out the best ways to resolve these issues when they arise.
So if there is an issue, please let us know straight away and we will start chasing it up for you.
All our orders are covered by insurance. So if there is damage or it doesn’t turn up we will resend it without hesitation!
