The Split Squat Stand has been designed specifically for Bulgarian split squats. This exercise is up there as one of the most beneficial lower body exercises you can perform. However splits aren’t the easiest to set up for.
Previously you had to use a bench or plyo box. Which may or may not be the right height to support your rear leg. Equally if you own a gym, you may prefer if people did not put their shoes on the bench pads.
