When you purchase items from www.samsfitness.com.au your order is subject to the following terms and conditions. Sam’s Fitness “Equipment for Life” is the registered trading name for Lucas Global Industries Pty Ltd ABN: 62 113 086 552.
Now the terms and conditions may change over time, and without notice, so if you are a regular customer you may want to check them when you order. However we will do our best to keep them practical and easy to understand.
Orders
Prices may vary, due to error or changes. But if you have placed an order and we need to adjust the price, we will always contact you first.
All orders placed through this website are accepted subject to confirmation by Sam’s Fitness. If we don’t have the product available, or in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. The prices also include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
We do our best to make sure that our prices are 100% accurate. However there is a possibility that there is a price error so we reserve the right to make the necessary correction.
So if you purchase 100 power racks for $1 each, we’re under no obligation to send them to you.

Sam’s Fitness “Equipment for Life” uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Sam’s Fitness “Equipment for Life” only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
