These little fractional plates are great for making fine adjustments to my dumbbells. Very easy to use and effective at making fine adjustments when you are just not quite ready to make a 2.5kg leap. My only complaint is that they don’t make the plates in a 0.75kg size, but that’s being picky.

These add on plates for dumbbells, kettlebells, any bar and the other add on weights you sell for smith machines are an absolute game changer….i use them everyday I’m in my gym , makes progressive overload so much more achievable especially when there’s big jumps in kilos on your weights or smith machine …I love love love them
