The ATX Lat Option Plate Load (ATX-LTO-640-PL) is your German-engineered solution, turning your PRX-640 into a compact lat pulldown and low row station with a 150kg load capacity. Smash lat pulldowns, seated rows, tricep pushdowns, and more using your Olympic plates, with a 1:1 ratio for true-weight pulls and silky-smooth ball-bearing pulleys.

Roller Band Pegs

For attaching resistance bands for those who want an even more dynamic resistance loading.

Plate Load Carriage

Now comes standard with Olympic horns. The carriage slides on nylon bushings for silky smooth movement.

Adjustable Knee Pads

Choose from 4 different knee lock positions. Comes with Sweat Resistant PU Rollers.

Low Pulley

Rubber footrests with steel inner core. For comfortable and secure foot positioning during seated rows.

Ball Bearing Pulleys

Housing is made out of high quality nylon.
