One-arm dumbbell rows are one of my favourite exercises when it comes to building a thicker back. One of the issues is that most gyms don’t stock heavy enough dumbbells, which is understandable as no one wants to spend a fortune on expensive dumbbells just for one exercise.

Loading 10kg or 20kg plates on a smaller dumbbell handle was proven ineffective as the plates would hit your arm at the top of the movement, not allowing you to have the full range of motion.

We have a solution. This giant dumbbell handle is basically a smaller version of our Power Maxx Olympic Barbell.
