Here is a tidy set of standard dumbbell handles for legit standard weight plates. Proper standard weights have a 30mm hole, so if you have got a budget set of weight plates these won’t fit.
Spin Lock dumbbell handles work better than springs or screw style clamps. Springs work on Olympic Dumbbell Handles because there is a larger surface area on which the spring can clamp.
Screw-on collars are fine for standard barbells, but for dumbbell exercises where there is a greater range of motion, spinlocks are the way to go. They have a rubber ring on the locking ring, which helps prevent rattling and loosening during your set.
We have these available in both 14 inch and 16 inch. The 14 inch ones are better if you are going to use them primarily for isolation work, for example lateral raises, bicep curls or dumbbell flys. The 16 inch ones will be better for heavier compound movements like pressing or rowing.
This price is for a pair of dumbbell handles
