A lot of gym equipment is designed to go up in 2.5 or even 5kg increments. Unfortunately, not everyone can make these massive jumps in weight and still keep the correct form.
ATX® released these magnetic steel fractional plates which are going to make increasing the resistance in your training far easier.
The plates come with two magnets at the back of the plate and can be attached to iron and steel gym equipment – they won’t work with polyurethane and virgin rubber dumbbells/bumpers.
