Detailed Description

The Spud Oly Strap is an Olympic style wrist strap that offers improved grip for all your lifts, in particular the Olympic lifts.

Traditional lifting straps are wrapped multiple times around the bar. So if you need to dump an Olympic lift, you will hastily follow the barbell. The Olympic lifting straps only require one wrap around the bar, so when you release your grip, the barbell drops freely.
