10kg Olympic Single Plate

If you read what I said about the 5kg Olympic Weight Plate you’d know the 10kg Olympic plate is not just a warm-up, it’s a workout in itself.

I have had many great high-intensity workouts with a 10kg plate. 10 minutes of working one with some interval training can be torturous.

Oh, and you can use it with an Olympic barbell too!
