The Power Maxx 160cm Standard Bar is a great little bar for performing all of your favourite free weight exercises. It would be especially appreciated if you only have a small workout area.

At this price, it is worth hanging on to your old standard weight plates if you are in the process of upgrading to Olympic gym equipment. You can use this barbell to superset exercises with your new Olympic equipment.

This bar is heavy duty and has consistent knurling. It comes standard with spring collars. The thickness of the bar is 27mm. If you have cheap standard plates that are used for cheap standard 25mm bars, they won’t fit, so please check your standard plates are 29mm and above.
