Dips do wonders for your triceps, chest and shoulder development, that’s why it has been a core exercise for many bodybuilding greats, ranging from Frank Zane and Lee Priest to Matt Grimshaw.
Most home and garage gym owners can reap the benefits of this amazing exercise thanks to their power racks dip attachment or a wall mounted unit. But that’s not a viable option for commercial or niche powerlifting gyms where a dedicated dip station is a must. Especially given how much use and abuse this exercise brings.
Knowing how many substandard units are floating around the gym equipment market, it didn’t take long for the German engineers to come up with a robust, versatile and safe option.
