If you are a gym or studio that does group resistance training, you will need benches that are both robust, lightweight and compact. These benches will do the hard yards in the workout, but can easily be stowed away at the end of the class.

Optimum Stability
Although achieving a 600kg weight load rating while only weighing 17kg might seem impossible, the German engineers over at ATX® can solve this problem quicker than a sudoku. The ATX® Flat Bench Compact might look the same as cheap benches, but the subtle differences make this a force to be reckoned with.
This bench was built with stability in mind; sitting the bench pad on two beams instead of one prevents tilting and bending whilst adding to the overall structural integrity. ATX® made full use of their testing facilities, ensuring the legs are set up at the optimum angle for stability.
Back Rest Pad
The ATX® Flat Utility Bench pad is slightly smaller compared to the pad on the Pro Powerlifting Bench.
It measures 110 cm x 26 cm and has a 5 cm thick foam layer with comfortable upholstery. The texture on the upholstery will give you a bit more traction when benching heavy weight.
Use it at home or in a commercial gym!
The embossed ATX® feet do look spectacular, but they also serve an important purpose. They are made from vulcanised rubber, which is great for shock absorption and stability. Cheaper benches use low-grade nylon feet that break or come off easily. Not the best for any gym environment.
Like all the ATX® Equipment, this bench has been designed and engineered in Germany. It also comes with the highest possible gym equipment certification – EN 20957 I.II.IV Class S.
