Hip thrusts is arguably one of the best exercises when it comes to strengthening your glutes and lower back. Traditional hip thrust machines cost a fair bit of money and take up heaps of space. While bench hip thrusts are also quite flawed: there is no way to change the height and the edge of the bench can create a pinching point for your back.
The ATX® Hip Thruster Attachment has been designed to replace the bulky glute thrust machines while providing a bunch of great features:
- Small-Scale – the attachment itself is compact enough for you to chuck it into a spare corner of your gym. If you don’t want to lean it against the wall, you can always store it in an Olympic Barbell Holder as the sleeves are 42 mm in diameter.
- Large Backrest Pad – at 24 cm x 60 cm x 6 cm, you won’t have to worry about being restricted.
- Rotating Sleeves – possibly the most important feature of this attachment. The rotating sleeves allows the weight to be equally distributed on the oversized back rest pad. Meaning that there will not be any unnecessary stress being placed on your back through any point of the movement.
- Adjustable – you no longer have to struggle with the levers working against you. Because the attachment rests of the J-hooks, you can set them up at the custom height to suit you.
- High Weight Load Capacity– the safe working load of this attachment is 200 kgs, which should be plentiful, even for the advanced hip thrust aficionados.
