This is a return, the bar has a scratch but we have touched it up.

The ATX® Short Multi Grip can be used to work your biceps, triceps, shoulders and even chest. The moment you get it in your hands you will feel how well it is balanced and the angles are completely different to other specialty bars. It is a great way to add variety to your arm workouts without spending hundreds on stand alone machines.
