Steel thickness and looks do not give you a commercial certificate. ATX®equipment is tested in an independent German laboratory to ensure the highest quality standards are met to satisfy the strength community in Europe.

The 60 mm x 60 mm x 3 mm thick steel uprights, high-tensile strength M12 hardware and thick reinforcement plates at the top and bottom of the rack, might seem overkill for a compact unit. But it would not be the ATX®way if they did not go overboard with their designs. However, that does not mean that these additional features bloat the price of this Power Rack System. 

As standard this Power Cage System comes without spotters, allowing you to choose the best ones to suit your needs:

The ATX®Pin Pipe System – a cost-effective solution to training safely. It is manufactured out of a solid 20 mm thick rod and comes with a casing that helps to absorb shock and reduce noise during training.

The ATX®Flip Down Spotter Emergency Racks – a tad more expensive, but it allows you to change the position of the spotters within seconds.

ATX®LTO 520 – the most simple and efficient lat tower version. It has no mechanical advantage and can withstand loads of up to 140 kgs. The only downside is that it does not have a leg lock for heavy lat pulldowns.

This rack is ideal for any strength sports enthusiast who is tight on space but still wants the same robustness as a commercial unit. For most, the ATX®PRX 650 Power Cage System would be overkill.
