These time tested UMHW Nylon covered J-Hooks are used in most of the ATX® Bench/Rack range. They offer great barbell knurling protection and noise reduction.

The tall barbell catching area and short lift-off lip make them a perfect solution for heavy bench press enthusiasts.

The J-Hooks are attached to laser engraved uprights which can be adjusted in 2.5cm increments (Short Distance/Westside spacing).

With the top J-Hook height of 130 cm, this rack can be used even by the tallest athletes out there.

The 50cm long safety spotter arms can be adjusted in 2.5cm increments just like the J-Hooks.

They feature a raised lip at both sides, ensuring the bar remains on the spotters no matter the circumstance.

The 10 mm thick rubber strip is an added bonus for barbell protection and noise reduction.

Some of the benches in the Australian gym equipment market have a gap in between the upright and the spotters.

This created a serious hazard of the barbell falling into the gap and crushing the user. To ensure the best possible safety of the user, German Engineers pushed the spotter arms right against the uprights.
