Dips are a useful staple for training your triceps, chest and shoulders. The ATX Dip Station (ATX-DBS-740) gives the exercise its own freestanding training spot, with a supplier-listed 300 kg station rating and EN 20957 I.II.IV – S certification for studio use.
A power-rack attachment or wall-mounted dip unit can suit a home gym. If you want a separate dip station for regular use, this unit combines angled handles, marked grip positions and rubber protective feet in a 90 x 109 cm footprint.

The supplier lists a 300 kg load capacity for the dip station.

Angled handles provide marked widths measured from the centres of the grips.

The handles have a 45 mm grip diameter as specified by the supplier.

The guide marks 55 cm 60 cm 65 cm and 70 cm centre-to-centre positions.

Handle height is measured from the floor to the middle of the grip.

Rubber shoes help the station resist slipping and protect the floor.

A dedicated station means you do not have to use the power rack as your dip area. That can be handy in a home gym or a commercial training space where you want each exercise to have its own place. Choose a layout with enough room for the movement and for getting on and off the station.
The angled handles offer a grip-width range from 55 to 70 cm. Use matching marked positions on each handle to make your setup repeatable. The supplier identifies 55 cm, 60 cm, 65 cm and 70 cm positions measured from grip centre to grip centre.
Handle-centre height is 110 cm, while total unit height is 121.5 cm. Check your individual movement and any dip-belt or plate clearance rather than assuming one height guarantees full range for every user.

Not feeling like using a dip belt? No worries! The frame has mounting points for optional band pegs so you can add compatible resistance bands. Band pegs, resistance bands and a dip belt are sold separately; they are not included with the station.
Some fella on Facebook was having a dig at the price. The point of this unit is to give dips a dedicated place in a gym, rather than relying on a rack attachment. It has a supplier-listed 300 kg station rating, Studio class S certification, 45 mm handles and marked 55-70 cm grip widths. If you expect regular use, compare those features, the footprint and the handle height with your training needs. That is the case for choosing a dedicated station when it suits your gym and training needs.
