DESCRIPTION

The PowerMaxx Flex Addon Plates allow you to micro load change plates on to weight training implement of choice – dumbbell, barbell or kettlebell. Micro loading has been proven to be extremely effective over time. You may have already tried with Olympic style fractional plates. Now you can also introduce it to your dumbbell or kettlebell training.
