I did have one of these and it was one of if not the best cable curl / tricep push down bars ever , with knurling the full length, it makes hand placement a breeze. however my son came over for a workout and was equally impressed with it and relocated it to his gym probably on a permanent basis. I can highly recommend this arm bar to anyone. I think I may try Sam’s new rubber coated one next time and will see how it goes.
