This super curl barbell features the same thickness as your Olympic sleeves. At 50 mm it is almost twice as thick compared to your regular biceps curl bars.
It will allow you to build thicker forearms, strengthen your grip and even increase your finger strength.
It is ideal for exercises such as biceps curls, reverse grip biceps curls, overhead triceps extensions, skullcrushers and upright rows.
