The Power Maxx 4ft Olympic Barbell is an extremely compact straight bar. So it is perfect for exercises that can be performed without the need for a power cage – bicep curls, upright rows, bent over rows etc.

    Love this bar. Was looking for something short to have in small upstairs office and this is perfect. Fits my regular olympic plates on it and still long enough to do compound movements with and throw around. Price also great when compared to alternatives and shipped quickly.
