These Olympic Bar Clamp collars are an upgrade from generic spring collars. The rubber insert and simple twist locking system secure your weight plates much tighter.

Training without collars and clamps is an easy way to get injured. Not even the best weightlifters on the planet are able to lift the bar straight up and down. If you don’t use barbell clamps, any sideways movement will cause your plates to shift. If you’re lifting light, it will cause muscle imbalances, and if you’re lifting heavy, it will cause a spinal injury.
